There is a small chip on the underside where the chin would be. It was there when I purchased it, which I didn't notice at the time. Even if I had, it was the last one I still would have. Being you cannot see it unless you turn it upside down to look at it from that way. No missing parts, the cork is the original topper for the bank. Has never been used only displayed on my husband's desk in his office.
Got this for my husband the one and only No Shave November he decided to grow a mustache. Being he really can't and other guys had full on mustaches 2 weeks in while he barely had stubble.
With him being retired 10+ yrs now, he's moved on from all his police memoriabilia. This has always been one of my favorites. It would make a great addition to any police officer or officers family.
